About Dr Reeves
Dr Simone Reeves (MBBS, B Med Sci, FRANZCR, SCCL) is an experienced Radiation Oncologist providing personalised, evidence-based cancer care using modern radiation therapy techniques.
She treats a wide range of cancers, including breast, genitourinary, gastrointestinal and brain tumours, and is known for her clear communication and patient-centred approach.
Dr Reeves completed her medical degree at the University of Melbourne and trained in Radiation Oncology at Peter MacCallum Cancer Centre. She was awarded Fellowship of the Royal Australian and New Zealand College of Radiologists in 2012, and later completed a Clinical and Research Fellowship at the Olivia Newton-John Cancer Wellness & Research Centre.
She has worked at Austin Health and Alfred Health, and has spent the past decade as Radiation Oncologist and Campus Director at the Ballarat Regional Integrated Cancer Centre, supporting access to high-quality care for regional patients.
Dr Reeves also holds a Fellowship in Integrative Medicine through the University of Arizona and works closely with multidisciplinary teams to provide coordinated, individualised care.
Outside of work, Simone enjoys spending time with her two children.
